How quickly do you deliver?

Delivery time will vary depending on which bed you order and where delivery is required. An expected delivery time will be shown for every bed. (Please note that the delivery time shown is always the best available and cannot be made quicker by additional payment).

How much is delivery?

UK shipping costs vary depending on which bed you buy, but is usually £25 and upwards. The delivery cost of every bed is displayed alongside each item.

Where do you ship?

We ship to U.K. addresses only, with many beds limited to mainland UK addresses only (as indicated on the product details page of each bed).

NB: We can not export any bed or accessory outside the U.K., but will be happy to ship to a 3rd party address (if you can arrange the actual export yourself).

Can I choose where to send my order?

Yes, you do not have to ship to the cardholder address. If the delivery address differs from your cardholder address you will be asked for your landline telephone number (as known by your card issuers) as an extra security measure.

RETURNS POLICY

What happens if I don't like what I've ordered ?

You have the same rights with us as when buying from a regular high street shop, and we offer a full 14 day money back guarantee. If you do not like your purchase, or if there is anything wrong with it, we can either replace it or refund the full sales price of the product. We can only offer a refund for any bed that has been used or assembled (or if it has been personalized in some way) if there is a fault with it, not because of a change of mind.
